Welcome to the new IT Helpdesk!

Hi and welcome to the new Vobev IT Helpdesk portal!

If you are a Vobev employee with an email, or at least Teams, then go ahead and sign in using the button to the top right of the screen. You can click the button for SSO to log in with the same credentials that you use to log into your computer or Office 365.

Once logged in you will have access to quick requests for several items, a list of all your open and past tickets, as well as a knowledge base of articles that will be built out over time.

Let me know if there are any issues or things that can be imroved!
